






I. Regional Business Coordination 1. Responsible for business planning and execution of real estate and recruitment segments across the Middle East region (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia), aligning with headquarters' objectives and formulating monthly/quarterly regional business strategies; 2. Coordinate expansion and maintenance of regional real estate channels (agents/owners/developers) and recruitment channels (enterprise clients/talent suppliers), promoting cross-segment resource reuse; 3. Monitor regional business metrics (GMV, number of clients, resource volume, etc.), analyze performance gaps, formulate remedial plans, and ensure achievement of core KPIs. II. Team Management and Empowerment 1. Responsible for staffing the regional BD team; 2. Break down regional goals to individual team members, clarify core responsibilities per role, track task progress, and provide operational support; 3. Establish intra-regional collaboration mechanisms, coordinate cross-departmental resources (e.g., headquarters operations, local administration), and resolve bottlenecks encountered during team execution. III. Regional Operations and Risk Control 1. Maintain key regional client relationships, participate in critical business negotiations, and ensure cooperation stability and renewal rates; 2. Research local real estate and recruitment market dynamics and regulatory policies in the Middle East, optimizing regional business processes to meet localization requirements; 3. Collect regional client feedback and drive localization iterations of products/services to enhance customer satisfaction.
