Key Responsibilities: ·       Design and architect end-to-end talent acquisition frameworks, ensuring scalability, cultural alignment, and access to the world's best AI talent across global markets. ·       Lead the development and implementation of advanced candidate assessment methodologies, and specialized AI competency evaluation standards. ·       Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in AI talent identification, assessment, and acquisition. ·       Evaluate and recommend emerging recruitment technologies, talent intelligence platforms, and industry-specific sourcing strategies to enhance our global talent acquisition capabilities. ·       Work closely with product teams, data scientists, and business strategists to understand technical requirements and embed talent acquisition principles into enterprise AI programme planning from day one. ·       Ensure compliance with global employment regulations, visa requirements, and emerging talent mobility frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. ·       Conduct talent market analysis, competitive intelligence assessments, and optimization of recruitment processes for speed and quality. ·       Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI roles, and advancements in technical talent assessment and acquisition methodologies. ·       Represent DeepLight at industry conferences, talent forums, and thought leadership panels across the Gulf region and internationally. Requirements Qualifications: ·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. ·       Proven experience (7+ years) as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Recruitment Manager, or Engineering Hiring Lead with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science roles for product development and client delivery teams. ·       Strong knowledge of AI/ML engineering talent landscapes, technical competency frameworks, and specialized skill assessment methodologies for client-facing project delivery roles. ·       Proficiency in global recruitment compliance across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., visa regulations, employment laws, talent mobility frameworks). ·       Experience with enterprise recruitment platforms, talent intelligence tools, and assessment-as-a-service solutions. ·       Solid understanding of AI role definitions, technical interview processes, and competency-based hiring for enterprise programmes. ·       Familiarity with employer branding, talent community building, and cross-cultural recruitment frameworks. ·       Excellent strategic thinking skills and the ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment. ·       Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence leadership decision-making and collaborate effectively with engineering teams, project managers, and diverse technical stakeholders. ·       Experience in Middle East markets and cultural intelligence across diverse talent ecosystems preferred.
