The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our luxury properties. You will oversee the interior design process from concept through execution, ensuring that each project meets both client expectations and brand standards.
Responsibilities
Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with project goals and client requirements
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and comprehensive design documentation
Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring quality and adherence to budget
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design field
Facilitate client meetings to gather feedback and align design vision with client expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects
Proven experience in leading and managing design teams
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and completed projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus.
