Restock room amenities and supplies meticulously, including toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies, to enhance the guest experience. Inspect and maintain the functionality of room equipment and fixtures, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to ensure guest comfort. Effectively manage time to complete assigned rooms within a specified timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and communication, fostering a supportive work environment. Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly, ensuring compliance with health regulations to provide a safe atmosphere for guests and staff. Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, aiming to exceed expectations in service. Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and window washing, on a scheduled basis to maintain a fresh appearance.
