Customer Service Executive – Ajman (Logistics Experience Required) We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive Location: Ajman Industry: Logistics We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive with hands-on logistics experience to manage and support our clients efficiently for immediate joining. Key Responsibilities: • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person • Coordinating shipment updates and follow-ups with operations teams • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high satisfaction levels • Preparing delivery schedules, reports, and documentation • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within logistics or freight forwarding • Strong command of English • Philippine Nationality • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and CRM tools
