Courier Operations Customs Coordinator – DXB Airport (Only Candidates with DXB Experience)

Full-time (Immediate Hiring) ⸻ Job Description: We are seeking a Courier Operations Coordinator with proven experience working inside DXB Cargo Village. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of air courier handling, customs clearance, and bonded warehouse processes. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Manage import/export courier shipments from arrival to clearance • Submit air cargo manifests through Calogi & Dubai Trade • Use of Customs Card, Controlled Area Pass, and CH Handler Code • Daily coordination with bonded warehouses . • Ensure compliance with all UAE customs and aviation regulations • Print AWBs, prepare PR Codes, and submit export batches • Track shipment flow, gate pass issuance, and handover scheduling • Coordinate vehicle movement to/from warehouse and terminal ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience working in DXB Cargo Village • Strong knowledge of Calogi, Dubai Trade, customs handling • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
