Customs Clearance Expert

We would like to introduce our selves as a customs broker in UAE consisting operations of customs clearance for import & export of our valued clients. Now we look forward a customs expert for our company who is a familiar with the followings job: 1. Preparing Customs Bill of Entry for Import & Export based on Importers/ Exporters documents. 2. Obtaining clearance from Dubai Municipality for FIRS, FITR & FRLA. 3. Processing Bill of Entry for customs documentation in E-Mirsal 2 in Dubai Trade web portal. 4. Making correspondence for customs in times of cancellation and decline of Bill of Entry. 5. Checking every day, the pending documents for submission in Dubai Customs. 6. Responsible for accepting, checking, sorting of the documents from consignee and agents. 7. Preparing of Dubai Port charges, Gate pass, New Importer & Exporter Code and its Renewal. 8. Responsible for amendments and cancellations of voids or incorrect Bill of Entry on the system. 9. Monitoring the number of documents and flow of business. 10. Arranging and booking physical inspection of consignment as directed by the Customs Authorities or mandatory items by the law. 11. Co-ordinate with Shipping/Freight Forwarding, Transporters, Shipper & Consignee for effective deliveries and collection. 12. Maintains a systematic filing, stock control and Inventory system. 13. Specializes in MIRSAL2 for any customs entry requirements. 14. Experience of Clearing Shipments from Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Dubai Chamber Of Commerce (for COO) and Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) 15. Depth Knowledge of H.S. Code, H.S.Heading, Chapter etc. 16. Planning and coordinating with transportation team for delivery and/or pick-up of shipments including containers 17. Knowledge of Calogi, Issuing of D/O, Making ADM Booking of General Cargo Import and Export from FG5 and DWC through Calogi 18. LCL/ FCL shipments coordinate multi point loading and monitor the movements 19. Maintain records of various account (CDR / SGR) transactions with Dubai customs 20.
