Roles & Responsibilities Floral Designer (Florist) Art/Creative Direction UAE-Dubai Permanent Negotiable My client are a leading flower business and they are looking for a floral designer to join their growing team in UAE. Floral Arrangement & Execution Produce floral arrangements based on approved designs, mood boards, and style guides. Ensure designs meet visual, brand, and production standards across all markets. Support Design Rollouts Assist in implementing seasonal, trending, and occasion-based bouquet collections. Contribute creative input for daily bouquet updates, prototypes, or testing new formats. Material Selection & Handling Assist with selecting flowers, foliage, and materials aligned with seasonal availability and design needs. Ensure proper flower handling, preparation, and freshness across daily operations. Collaboration & Consistency Work closely with the floral design team, florists, and production team to deliver cohesive bouquet executions. Maintain consistency in designs across fulfillment centers and regions. Training & Quality Monitoring Support in training florists on new bouquet formats, construction techniques, and presentation standards.
