AHS, a respected real estate organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Financial Manager to oversee and manage the personal financial affairs of our Founder CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, overseeing personal investments, handling personal cash flows and delivering strategic financial advice to ensure the financial well-being and growth of the Founder CEO’s personal assets. Responsibilities Financial Planning and Advisory:  Prepare detailed financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, budget planning, and expense tracking. Advise the promoter on tax optimization strategies, legal compliance, and financial risk management. Financial Reporting and Documentation:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Conduct regular reviews of personal financial statements and net worth analysis. Liaison with Private Bankers, Legal and Tax Advisors: Act as the primary point of contact with banks and financial institutions for all personal financial matters. Manage banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, credit facilities, and loan negotiations. Ensure compliance with banking requirements and maintain good relationships with key banking contacts. Coordinate with external advisors, including legal counsel, tax consultants, and wealth managers, to ensure compliance and optimize financial planning. Asset Management: Maintain a detailed record of personal assets, including real estate, luxury assets, investments, and other properties. Oversee property management, tax optimization, and asset maintenance.  Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Oversee insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage for the Founder CEO’s assets.  Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the Founder CEO. Serve as the primary point of contact for all personal financial matters. Provide exceptional service and support, addressing any financial concerns or inquiries promptly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CFA will be considered as an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in personal/family office, or a similar role. Proven experience in dealing directly with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite. High integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information. Benefits Why Join AHS? Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. Contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions to enhance product onboarding, transaction execution, and client delivery. Coordinate with IT and transformation teams on process automation and system enhancement projects. Support user testing, process validation, and the creation of training materials. Skills and Experience 2–4 years’ experience in investment products, structured products, legal, or financial services. Experience in wealth management, investment banking, or asset management, with exposure to investment product governance and operational processes. Understanding of investment products, preferably including Structured Products, Mutual Funds, and Private Assets. Familiarity with execution and operations workflows, with the ability to design and implement process enhancements. Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams. Knowledge of governance and regulatory frameworks in the UAE and international markets.
