Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships post-sale: meetings, Zoom calls, and communication - Ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty - Handle subscription renewals, identify churn risks, and re-engage inactive users - Identify client needs and offer relevant features and solutions - Collect feedback and share insights with the product and technical teams - Onboard new clients: welcome sessions and support during adaptation - Encourage client reviews and case studies - Support community development and engagement 🧠 Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Able to clearly communicate product value to clients - Proactive and results-driven, confident with handling objections - Experience with B2B clients (agencies, developers) - Basic understanding of customer analytics and user behavior - Driver’s license preferred (for client visits) - Experience in PropTech or CRM platforms is a plus - Knowledge of Arabic is a major advantage. Responsibilities • - Build and maintain strong partnerships with car rental companies • - Onboard new partners and ensure their listings are accurate and updated • - Negotiate rates, offers, and exclusive deals • - Track the customer bookings, orders and report issues to the tech team • - Support clients when needed and oversee client satisfaction • - Track KPIs, monitor system issues, and flag process improvements • - Work closely with the founder and AI support system to scale operations Requirements • - Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience in operations, partnerships (experience in mobility, car rentals, or tech startups is a plus) • - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of mobile app-based platforms. • - Excellent communication in English and Arabic • - Strong people skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset • - Interest or experience in the car rental, automotive, or tech startup sectors • - Comfortable coordinating with developers and using digital tools (no coding needed) • - Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to grow with a startup Compensation • - AED 6,000-8,000/month base salary • - Commission on deals closed, performance milestones, or partner activity • - Salary will grow as the company scales • - Opportunity for performance bonuses or equity in the future
