Over 150 agencies and developers already trust us. Our platform helps brokers sell faster, manage clients more efficiently, and scale their business. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with clients, help them maximize the value of the platform, and support them throughout their lifecycle with BeHomes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships post-sale: meetings, Zoom calls, and communication - Ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty - Handle subscription renewals, identify churn risks, and re-engage inactive users - Identify client needs and offer relevant features and solutions - Collect feedback and share insights with the product and technical teams - Onboard new clients: welcome sessions and support during adaptation - Encourage client reviews and case studies - Support community development and engagement đ§ Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Able to clearly communicate product value to clients - Proactive and results-driven, confident with handling objections - Experience with B2B clients (agencies, developers) - Basic understanding of customer analytics and user behavior - Driverâs license preferred (for client visits) - Experience in PropTech or CRM platforms is a plus - Knowledge of Arabic is a major advantage.
