Meraki Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Façade to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts related to façade projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost estimations and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports related to façade works. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best value. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial status to stakeholders. Assess and manage variations and claims on contracts. Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost management strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of cost management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in façade projects. Strong knowledge of cost management practices and relevant software. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Membership in a professional quantity surveying organization is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of estimating processes within the façade sector. In this role, you will lead the estimation efforts for façade projects, providing accurate and competitive cost assessments to support project bidding and execution. Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade projects, taking into account materials, labor, and overhead costs. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scopes of work to prepare comprehensive bids. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary data for estimation. Prepare and present bid proposals to senior management and clients. Identify and assess risks associated with project pricing and execution. Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. They will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support. Job Duties To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm. Ability to integrate with key members of the design team and Client team. Assist in evaluating claims. Preparation of financial updates and monthly cost reports. Assesses and value progress payments and change requests. Review and compare scopes of work, production rates, and cost data. Preparation of earned value reports. Prepare, review, and update cash-flows. Estimate variation orders for Contractors/Subcontractors. Evaluate and negotiates variations and change orders in liaison with the Contract Administrator, Design and Construction Teams. Evaluate and negotiate final accounts settlements.
