About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS App Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering robust iOS applications. The ideal candidate is not only technically sound but also capable of handling projects independently, from requirement gathering to final deployment and ongoing support. This role involves direct app development, technical coordination for outsourced projects, and using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. App Development & Maintenance o Brain-storm with the leads on design thinking and idea development o Build native iOS apps using Swift and/or Objective-C o Use Xcode, iOS SDK, and follow Apple’s UI/UX design principles o Perform end-to-end development: Design → Code → Test → Deploy o Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications 2. Project Ownership & Delivery o Understand project requirements, perform system analysis, and design app solutions o Coordinate with outsourcing partners and vendors for joint app development projects o Ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, testing, and maintenance of apps 3. Technical Proficiency & Integration o Proficient in mobile operating systems, especially iOS o Capable of integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and services o Perform system debugging, unit testing, and quality assurance 4. Smart Execution with AI Tools o Leverage AI tools and frameworks to optimize code, automate tasks, and reduce development time o Maintain code quality, scalability, and security using best practices 5. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving o Investigate issues and inefficiencies in app behavior or performance o Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes or enhancements ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
