Full Stack Software Engineer (AI & Automation) — Remote (India/UAE) — Modern Stack About Us: Provision Group is a modern software and AI solutions company. We specialize in building automation platforms, internal tools, AI-powered document generation, and workflow optimization for corporate clients in the Middle East and internationally. We are building a core development team and are looking for talented full stack engineers who want to work on real-world AI and automation products. Role: You will help us develop business automation platforms — with beautiful UIs, powerful backend logic, and integrated AI/ML capabilities. We work with a range of modern tools (React, Django, Node, Next.js, GPT-4, OCR, and others — flexible based on your experience). Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: - Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces - Translate Figma (or similar) mockups into clean UI - Build and consume APIs - Work with modern databases (SQL, NoSQL, or cloud-based) - Implement authentication, file uploads, permissions - Handle cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or others) AI/ML Integration: - Integrate AI APIs (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, or others) - Build prompt engineering flows for structured data - Use OCR for document processing - Build AI-powered document generation (Word/PDF) - Implement semantic search and intelligent search tools Collaboration & Delivery: - Use Git for version control - Communicate clearly and give proactive progress updates - Take ownership of features and deliver on deadlines Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience building ERP systems, dashboards, admin tools - Experience with Python-based tools (Streamlit, Flask, Django) - Experience automating Excel/Word template workflows - Familiarity with multi-user role & permission systems - Familiarity with AI tools (Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) What We Look For: - Practical experience with front-end and back-end development - Ability to learn and adapt fast — we work with evolving AI tech - Focus on clean, simple UX — our users are often non-technical - Professional communication — clear progress updates, self-managed - Portfolio of previous projects or GitHub profile How to Apply: Please apply with: ✅ Portfolio or GitHub link ✅ Years of experience (front-end / back-end / AI/ML if any) ✅ Expected monthly salary (USD or AED) Location: Remote (India/UAE) — with future potential for Dubai-based roles if interested.
