Description

Roles & Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems of cranes and forklifts. Maintain wiring, motors, control panels, sensors, and batteries. Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to avoid breakdowns. Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to identify issues. Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as an electrician in industrial machinery, preferably cranes and forklifts. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work with high-voltage systems safely. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certification in electrical maintenance or industrial machinery is preferred. Nationality Indian, Filipino, Ghanaian, Pakistani Gender Male

The Crane Technician - Electrical is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems on offshore cranes. Your expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs will be essential to maintain the reliability and functionality of this critical equipment. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on offshore cranes, with a specific focus on the Safe Load Indicator (SLI) system. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on the to ensure accurate load measurements and safe crane operations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Diagnose electrical faults in the SLI system, analyze equipment malfunctions, and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure accurate load monitoring. Install, calibrate, and upgrade Electrical & SLI systems on offshore cranes, ensuring compatibility and adherence to specifications. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and replacements performed. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on offshore installations, ensuring personal and team safety at all times. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical support as needed.
