Roles & Responsibilities Assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Determines the cause of operating errors and decides what to do about it. Installs equipment, machines, wiring or programs to meet specifications. Conducts tests and inspections of equipment, services or processes to evaluate. Performs routine maintenance on equipment about quality or performance. Determines when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Assembles, installs, tests and maintains the electrical equipment and appliances. Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem. Connects wires to circuit breakers, switches, or other components. Assists during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators and related emergency activities. Promotes relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies. Implement sustainable practices/ policies in Facility Management operations. Desired Candidate Profile Industrial Training Certificate is a MUST Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Healthcare Organizations maintenance department or similar institution. Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Supplies, Generators and related equipment which is used for medical equipment. Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standard. Ability to speak, read and write English.

The Crane Technician - Electrical is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems on offshore cranes. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on offshore cranes, with a specific focus on the Safe Load Indicator (SLI) system. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on the to ensure accurate load measurements and safe crane operations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Diagnose electrical faults in the SLI system, analyze equipment malfunctions, and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure accurate load monitoring. Install, calibrate, and upgrade Electrical & SLI systems on offshore cranes, ensuring compatibility and adherence to specifications. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and replacements performed. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on offshore installations, ensuring personal and team safety at all times. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical support as needed. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to SLI systems and offshore crane operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Requirements A recognized apprenticeship or qualification. At least a vocational/technical High School Diploma Holder. Safety Training Certification Compex certification will be an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in the same field 3 years in a lifting equipment environment Experience in repair & maintenance of cranes-related equipment Experience in working to schedules. Preferred Experience in the offshore service industry or a similar environment Experience in cranes & lifting equipment maintenance & repair. Maintain quality of safety in the crane group and participate in the site safety reviews i.e. Near Miss Reporting/STOP cards.  Responsible for giving a detailed report of any crane incidents to the Crane Supervisor.  Responsible to issue a daily report to the crane supervisor of any maintenance, corrective maintenance or troubleshooting carried out.  Responsible for completing maintenance job plans and submission to crane supervisor with details of any parts required for replacement.  Requirements Be time served mechanical technicians/hydraulic technicians/electrical technicians.  Have a minimum of 5 years offshore experience.  Have proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diesel engines, hydraulic systems and electrical equipment.  Preferred:  Electrical qualification - ATEX  Behaviors and Personal Qualities Self-motivated.    Good Communication Skills    High standards of workmanship    Ability to work and react under pressure and tight deadlines  EnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
