Electrical Engineer

Communicate with Sales Engineers/ Sr. Sales Engineers to prepare techno-commercial offers Coordinate with contractors at site to fulfill customer's requirement pertaining to engineering and design issue - ensure that the client's project requirements are met. Coordinate with suppliers/ manufactures for product pricing and maintain updated price list Create pre-sales documents such as 8.0.Q, quotations, technical submittals, etc. Design lighting schemes by using DIALUX and other necessary software Handle all levels of communication with affiliates and clients through phone calls and email that answer different kinds of queries about the product and services Prepare and submit delivery schedule to client upon official sales order Attend product trainings and technical/ soft skills workshop to enhance knowledge Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team at all levels Assist and participate enthusiastically in all official activities Ensure all data & filing is kept in systematic order Solid technical background required in lighting sales with an understanding of engineering drawings and principles Ability to adapt to computer systems and software applications quickly (MS Office, Outlook, SAP, NAY, etc.) Ability to grasp complex technical information in lighting field, interpret, and articulate at varying technical levels High level of professionalism, integrity and maturity comfortable in a fast-paced work environment Confident, energetic and enthusiastic hen communicating to customers Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Ability to work with a sense of urgency and ownership Ability to deal effectively and courteously with staff, clients and others to provide a good level of customer care
