As we expand our capabilities and market presence, we’re looking for a talented and creative Social Media & Videographer Manager to take our digital marketing and brand visibility to the next level. ________________________________________ Role Overview This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content across our digital channels. You’ll help communicate our services, showcase our operational excellence, and build brand awareness across the logistics and supply chain sector. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish compelling video and photo content tailored to logistics and freight operations • Manage Specialist Logistics' social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) • Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and operational highlights • Produce content including case studies, service explainers, warehouse highlights, and real-time project documentation • Monitor social trends and analytics to optimize engagement and audience growth • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) to develop meaningful content campaigns • Ensure all visual and written content aligns with the brand’s tone, professionalism, and industry standards ________________________________________ Required Skills & Capabilities • Proven experience in both social media management and videography • Strong video editing and content production skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) • Familiarity with logistics, industrial, or B2B content creation is a strong advantage • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator • Understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and paid ad content requirements • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and deliver on time • Excellent written and verbal English communication (Arabic is a bonus) • UAE driving license preferred ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive salary package • A unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a fast-growing logistics brand • Creative autonomy with real business impact • Exposure to international logistics operations, DG shipping, and high-security movements • Career growth within a high-performance team ________________________________________ Ready to help drive Specialist Logistics forward?
