Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, building brand awareness, and increasing audience engagement across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create engaging, original, and on-brand content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Monitor, respond, and engage with users across platforms in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports. Collaborate with the graphic design, content, and digital marketing teams to align social campaigns with broader marketing strategies. Run paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.). Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices. Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing. Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights. Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of humor are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in influencer marketing or community building. Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based content tools. Experience in B2B/B2C industries depending on business focus.
