We are currently hiring for a remittance company based in the UAE with nearly five decades of experience specializes in individual and corporate remittances as well as foreign currency exchange. Operating through 22 branches, it prioritizes efficiency over network size.
Blockchain Solutions Development
Design and develop secure, scalable blockchain applications including e-wallets, crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and tokenization platforms.
Work with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.) to build decentralized applications tailored to financial use cases.
Write clean, efficient smart contracts and ensure proper testing and deployment using best practices.
Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability of blockchain systems.
Technology Implementation & Innovation
Evaluate and apply emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks to meet business needs.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into blockchain-powered features.
Contribute to architectural decisions, technology stack selections, and the overall product development lifecycle.
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and high-quality delivery.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.
Security, Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to blockchain security best practices, including audits, encryption standards, and secure coding practices.
Stay informed of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the fintech/blockchain space.
Contribute to documentation and governance processes to maintain infrastructure reliability and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record of leadership roles in technology, with a focus on blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3 solutions.
Expertise in building and managing fintech solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications.
Skills:
Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
