We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. This role is critical to ensuring our records are up-to-date and error-free. Key Responsibilities: Enter, verify, and manage data in databases and spreadsheets Maintain data accuracy and integrity at all times Review data for errors and correct any discrepancies Ensure confidentiality and security of data Organize files and records for easy access and retrieval Communicate with other departments to collect and confirm data Prepare reports as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines m environment.
