Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with business users and technical teams. Participate in system demos and walkthroughs to align solutions with business expectations. Support the UAT phase by creating test cases, assisting with test execution, and logging defects or enhancement requests. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support change management activities, training documentation, and go-live planning. Assist in continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions. Requirements 3-6 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst in Technology or Consulting.
