Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Record customer details and maintain database accuracy. Resolve issues and escalate complaints when needed. Meet daily/weekly call handling and service targets. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional manner at all times. Desired Candidate Profile High school / diploma / bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–2 years of call center or customer service experience (freshers welcome). Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Positive attitude and ability to work in shifts.
