Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules. Handle loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper securing of items to prevent damage. Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger or client needs and concerns during transit. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues to ensure operational readiness. Desired Candidate Profile Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations, especially in urban environments. Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in a similar role or industry. Possession of a clean driving record, with no serious violations within the past 3 years. Proficient in using GPS and navigation apps to enhance route efficiency. Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks, including lifting heavy items.
