Description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant for one of our prestigious banking clients. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Oracle EPM suite, with hands-on experience in EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, TRCS, and Oracle Data Management integrations. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, TRCS, FDMEE, and EPM data management services. - Design and develop interfaces between Oracle EPM modules and Oracle ERP using Oracle Data Management Services. - Design and develop integrations via APIs for external reporting systems such as Tableau and data warehouses. - Manage and support Oracle EPM cloud environment configurations. - Design and develop workflows in EPM modules. - Design and develop Oracle EPM reports. - Educate and provide guidance to end-users in developing self-service EPM reports. - Design and develop custom modules in EPM PBCS modules. - Work closely with functional heads and stakeholders to understand requirements and create/maintain EPM modules. - Build effective working relationships with SMEs and users, both internal and external. - Possess excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs. - Handle identity domain administration, including SSO setup. - Develop Windows batch scripts and shell scripts for automation, including EPMAutomate for SaaS integration. Experience requirements: - Overall, 6-8 years of certified professional work experience in the Oracle EPM platform, including but not limited to EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, TRCS, FDMEE, and EPM data management services. - At least 4-5 years of working experience in EPM integrations using Oracle Data Management Services, Oracle PaaS, and/or Informatica Cloud Services via REST API and SOAP messaging. - At least 2-3 years of working experience with Oracle databases is preferred. - At least 2-3 years of experience with Oracle ERP-GL data structures is preferred. - Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate problems and recommend solutions to make design decisions with conviction. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent. - Good understanding of financial accounting, preferably in the banking sector. - Experience with financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting & analysis. - Knowledge of intercompany, allocations, and accrual processes. - Knowledge of data analytical/ETL tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile project implementation methods and usage of Jira tools will be an added advantage

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, managing helpdesk operations, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery across the organization. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with internal teams and external clients via email, phone, and support platforms. Skills and Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to employees via various channels (phone, email, chat).
