Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Governance Strategist to join our dynamic team at the epicenter of the AI revolution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk management. You will be responsible for architecting comprehensive governance frameworks that enable organizations to harness AI's transformative power while managing risks and ensuring ethical deployment. This role positions you as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives globally, crafting the governance playbooks that will define how artificial intelligence transforms entire industries. Requirements Essential Experience & Expertise 7+ years of professional experience in AI governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or policy advisory roles—ideally within enterprise or multinational contexts. Proven ability to design and implement AI governance frameworks across diverse regulatory landscapes, including GDPR, data protection laws, and emerging AI-specific regulations. Demonstrated leadership in developing and scaling governance-as-a-service offerings, risk assessment models, and ethical AI standards. Deep familiarity with AI/ML governance practices, including model lifecycle management, algorithmic audits, bias detection, and explainability standards. Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients, translating business needs into governance strategies and compliance roadmaps. Technical & Strategic Competencies Strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations, cross-border data management, and privacy-preserving technologies. Proficiency with enterprise risk platforms and governance technology tools. Understanding of how governance principles can be embedded into AI architecture and product lifecycle from inception. Ability to conduct governance audits and optimize AI systems for ethical and regulatory alignment. Leadership & Communication Skills Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management—able to influence C-suite leaders and guide cross-functional teams. Experience providing thought leadership in AI ethics and regulation, including representing organizations at global forums and conferences. Education & Cultural Fit Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Risk Management, Policy Studies, or a related field. Experience in Middle Eastern markets and cross-cultural regulatory environments highly preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and policy makers. As a GoLang Consultant, he will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software applications using Go.   Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Go programming language. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets project requirements and industry best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code refactoring, performance tuning, and system architecture design.
