We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper with experience in prefabrication or construction industries to manage inventory, materials, and equipment for our prefab production and site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting efficient site logistics. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and tools for prefab production and site works • Issue materials and tools as per work order requirements, keeping proper documentation • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or software (e.g., ERP, Excel) • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the store and yard • Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding stock levels and material needs • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when necessary • Track tools, equipment, and returns from site staff • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports • Ensure the store complies with safety and cleanliness standards
