Site Supervisor With Valid Driving License

Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Project Site Supervision Supervise flooring installation works at residential and commercial sites. Ensure projects are executed as per design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site. 2. Team Management Lead and coordinate flooring technicians, installers, and subcontractors. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to work schedules. Provide technical guidance for different flooring systems (SPC, vinyl, parquet, carpet, rubber, etc.). 3. Quality & Finishing Control Inspect materials and installation quality before and after handover. Identify and rectify defects like leveling issues, edge finishing, or improper adhesive usage. Ensure high-end finishing that matches Ace Floor Decoration Design’s standards. 4. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce the use of proper PPE and compliance with site safety protocols. Maintain safety logs and report incidents or unsafe practices immediately. Coordinate safe unloading, cutting, and handling of flooring materials. 5. Material & Site Coordination Ensure correct flooring materials are delivered and stored safely on-site. Coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers for timely delivery of materials, adhesives, trims, etc. Prevent wastage and manage leftover inventory properly. 6. Client Coordination Liaise with clients during site visits, walk-throughs, and handover. Explain installation processes and resolve minor client concerns on-site professionally. Handle small scope changes (within limits) in consultation with the project manager. 7. Daily Reporting & Documentation Submit daily work progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage records. Record site measurements or variations and communicate them to the office team. Help document work completion for billing and handover. Additional Duties Due to Driving License Pick and drop our team from accommodation to site. Travel to multiple sites daily to supervise or inspect flooring works. Pick up urgent materials or tools from suppliers or warehouse when required. Respond quickly to on-site emergencies or last-minute client requests. Attend meetings at client offices, consultant locations, or site offices across Dubai and nearby Emirates. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in flooring installation supervision (SPC, vinyl, wood, carpet). Technical knowledge of subfloor preparation, leveling, expansion gaps, underlay, adhesives, etc. Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Valid UAE Driving License (manual preferred). Ability to read floor plans.
