Project Manager Fit Out

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out and residential/commercial renovation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained, while gaining valuable leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Scheduling - Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines. - Monitor site progress and flag any issues or delays to senior management. - Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Budget Monitoring & Procurement - Support the preparation and tracking of project budgets. - Assist with procurement of materials and services in line with budget and design requirements. - Help review invoices and progress claims from contractors and vendors. Team & Site Supervision - Liaise with subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress. - Ensure all resources are used effectively and works are delivered according to plan. Quality & Compliance - Follow up on project milestones and ensure work meets design and quality standards. - Help implement snagging procedures and handover documentation. - Ensure site activities comply with local authority regulations and health & safety protocols. Client & Team Communication - Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams. - Provide progress updates and assist with resolving site-level issues. - Support senior project managers and directors with documentation and reporting. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 2–5 years of relevant project management experience in interior fit-out or renovation. - Familiarity with residential and/or commercial project delivery in the UAE is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Working knowledge of MS Project or other scheduling software is a plus. - UAE Driving License is an advantage.
