job description - Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of both Civil and MEP aspects of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. - Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. - Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and costs are controlled. - Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and quality requirements for both Civil and MEP components. - Scheduling: Create and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary to keep the project on track. - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. - Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and resolutions. - Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for both civil and MEP components, ensuring timely availability and quality control. Requirements:- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical - Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Civil and MEP projects, with hands-on experience in both areas. - Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of both Civil construction and MEP systems, including design, installation, and testing. - Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. - Communication: Strong verbal and written -communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
