Contracting Company Manager • Minimum 5 years of experience in Ajman. • Strong knowledge of procedures with government authorities (Ajman Municipality, Land Department, Civil Defense). • Excellent skills in management, planning, and decision-making. • Full supervision of projects and technical teams. • Proficiency in report preparation and financial/contractual follow-up. • Valid UAE residency. 2. Finishing Works Supervisor • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finishing works (ceramics, painting, gypsum, plumbing, electrical). • Ability to manage site workers and ensure quality execution. • Daily follow-up and coordination with engineers and suppliers. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Valid UAE residency. 3. Site Civil Engineer • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising residential villa and building projects. • Ability to read drawings and monitor on-site execution. • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Provide daily reports and track project schedules. • Preference for candidates with prior experience in Ajman. • Valid transferable visa or sponsorship. ⸻ Work Location: Ajman – United Arab Emirates Full-time Position Salary: To be determined after interview based on experience and qualifications.
