As we expand into the UAE market, we are seeking a local construction expert to act as a strategic advisor and consultant. This role is key in helping us understand market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and go-to-market strategies specific to the Emirati construction industry. Your Mission You will be our local expert and sounding board as we build our UAE market entry roadmap. Key focus areas include: - Advisory on local construction practices, logistics processes, and key pain points on-site. - Provide market insights into how construction logistics are managed in the UAE today — from mega projects to mid-sized developments. - Offer guidance on compliance, regulations, and technology adoption within construction firms and municipalities. - Identify and introduce us to potential stakeholders, such as general contractors, logistics partners, or site managers. - Support us in localizing our SaaS offering to ensure product–market fit. - Optional: Assist in setting up local partnerships, demos, or pilot projects. Ideal Profile - 10+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry, especially within project logistics, site management, or supply chain coordination. - Deep understanding of how construction projects are planned, executed, and controlled in the Gulf region. Strong local network among main contractors, developers, site logistics managers, or municipal bodies. - Independent, business-minded, and communicative — able to work flexibly and remotely. - Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. - Tech-savvy or open to construction technology / PropTech innovations. Job Purpose: To lead and manage all aspects of marble supply and installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Coordination Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments (procurement, design, production, site team). 2.
