Marble Site supervisor

Job Purpose: To lead and manage all aspects of marble supply and installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Coordination Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments (procurement, design, production, site team). 2. Site Execution & Supervision Oversee site execution of marble works, ensuring installation follows approved drawings and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Supervise subcontractors, fitters, and skilled labor. 3. Procurement & Material Management Approve marble selections, samples, and mockups with client/consultant. Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of marble and related accessories. Minimize material wastage and ensure proper storage and handling on site. 4. Budgeting & Cost Control Monitor project budgets and control costs within the approved limit. Approve invoices, variations, and claims related to marble works. Track progress and prepare periodic cost and performance reports. 5. Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with quality control standards and project specifications. Implement HSE policies and ensure safety of workers and site operations. Conduct inspections, issue NCRs (if needed), and close snag lists efficiently. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly project reports. Maintain updated project documentation: approvals, RFI logs, material submittals, shop drawings, etc. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (preferred). 5–10 years experience in marble/stone project management in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of natural stones, installation methods, adhesives, and finishing techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
