Description

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, proven telesales/call center experience, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services Explain product features, handle objections, and close sales over the phone Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company goals Requirements Indian nationality Proven experience in call center, telesales, or telemarketing (preferred in trading industry) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure Positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive salary + attractive commission structure Employment visa & medical insurance as per UAE law (Depends on the performance) Professional training and career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
