This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone passionate about helping students and professionals explore opportunities abroad through study, internship, or immigration. The counselor will be responsible for offering individualized guidance, assessing client profiles, and providing strategic advice on international academic pathways, visa processes, and global career options. Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalized counseling sessions with clients (walk-ins and appointments) Provide up-to-date guidance on immigration pathways, visa types, and study/internship options Help clients identify the most suitable academic programs or career routes abroad Evaluate documents and advise on necessary steps for successful visa and admission applications Coordinate with internal teams, university partners, and legal advisors Participate in webinars, education fairs, and promotional events representing Wipgen Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients through the admission and visa journey Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or immigration services Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Familiarity with visa systems, immigration policies, and international education processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment Must be available for on-site work in Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Dubai Office) Industry: Immigration Services | Education Consulting | International Mobility Ready to make a global impact?
