Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and well-organized Student Recruitment Consultant (Sales Coordinator) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising prospective students and their families, assisting them throughout the university application and visa process, and maintaining strong communication with the clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide detailed consultations to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, and program options. • Assist students with the admission process, including application preparation, document verification, and deadline management. • Support applicants through the student visa process, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements and timely submission of necessary documents. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress in the company database. • Collaborate with internal departments and international education partners to coordinate application procedures efficiently. • Follow up with students at each stage of the recruitment process to ensure high conversion and satisfaction rates. Requirements • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and one of these languages is mandatory: Hindi/Arab/Malayalam/Urdu/Bengali. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience in sales or educational consulting is considered a strong advantage. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously. • A proactive, positive, and customer-oriented approach to work. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
