A UAE based leading healthcare TPA is looking for a dedicated and service focused professional to join its Claims/Pre-Authorization call center team. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Claims/pre-authorization requests Guide members and providers regarding the approval process and documentation requirements Ensure accurate information entry into the system Coordinate with medical and approval teams for timely case handling Manage call logs, escalate issues when necessary and ensure SLA compliance Deliver high quality service while maintaining professional conduct Qualifications Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in a call center or healthcare customer service role Knowledge of insurance/TPA processes, especially Claims/pre-authorization workflow is preferred Excellent communication and call handling skills Familiarity with medical terminology is an added advantage Proficient in basic MS Office tools and call center systems Medical education is compulsory for Claims role
