Job Title: Customer Care Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Assistant to join our team. Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, POS, etc.). • Multilingual skills are a plus.
