Client Relations cum Sales Officer

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally - Convert leads into confirmed clients through clear communication and follow-up - Identify client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions - Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries - Assess client issues and provide effective solutions based on the services offered - Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Qualifications: - Experience in client relations, customer service, or business development - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services - Organized, proactive, and target-driven - Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (preferred)
