Proficiency with CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets. Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Working Conditions: Office based call center environment. May involve occasional handling of physical samples or print materials. Shift work may be required depending on business hours and volume.
