Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with print production terminology and packaging materials is a plus. Proficiency with CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets. Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Working Conditions: Office based call center environment. May involve occasional handling of physical samples or print materials. Shift work may be required depending on business hours and volume. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of digital, offset, or flexographic printing processes would be beneficial Experience with custom packaging or promotional materials would be beneficial Bilingual abilities (Good speaking and writing English is essential ) Good Salary Package Plus Commissions
