Position: Cleaners / Housekeepers Location: Dubai, UAE Mop and Pop is growing in Dubai, and we’re on the lookout for reliable, hard-working cleaners who take pride in what they do. What You’ll Get A friendly and supportive team environment Ongoing training and opportunities to grow with the company Company-provided visa, health insurance, and daily transport (visa & insurance provided only after 6 month probation period) A workplace that respects your time, skills, and contribution Please note: accommodation is not provided What You’ll Be Doing Cleaning and preparing holiday homes to a high standard Making beds and setting up rooms to match hotel-level presentation Following cleaning checklists and reporting issues when needed Uploading photos and completing cleaning logs using our internal system Checking supplies, linen, and amenities before each guest's stay Maintaining good hygiene, personal appearance, and uniform standards Communicating clearly and respectfully with the team and clients What We’re Looking For Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (short-term rental experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well Basic spoken English for team communication A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Confidence using apps or phones to follow schedules and upload photos Job Type: Full-time
