Cleaning Supervisor

A leading Facilities Management company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Cleaning Supervisor with UAE proven work experience to join our team. Job Responsibilities: • To supervise all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty ,ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of our various work location. • Monitoring of all cleaning activities ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures. • Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met. • Ordering of cleaning materials. • Daily Dropoff & Pickup of Cleaning Staff from offices all over Dubai. Job requirements: • Previous experience in a cleaning environment. • Previous experience of managing a team with good communication skills. • The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures. • UAE Valid driving license is an advantage.
