Position: Office Supervisor / Admin in Cleaning Company Location: Abu Dhabi We Are Hiring! A well established residential cleaning company is reliable, organized and proactive office supervisor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. >> Key responsibilities * Manage daily office operations and staff schedule. * Coordinate with clients and field staff to ensure smooth service delivery. * Handle incoming calls, Whatsapp inquiries and customer complaints. * Track attendance, leave requests and cleaner performance. * Maintain reports and documentation for management review. * Support hiring, training and staff evaluation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. * Issue Invoices and track the payments. >> Requirements: * Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or supervisory role (experience in cleaning industry is a plus) * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). * Proficient in MS office and Whatsapp Business. * Social Media Marketing knowledge. * Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. >> What We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience. * Supportive work environment. * Oppurtunity to grow withing the company.
