Now Hiring: Operations Manager – Maid Services We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and manage daily operations of our maid service company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and experience in managing cleaning staff and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and performance of cleaning staff • Ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency • Recruit, train, and supervise team members • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly • Monitor inventory and manage supply orders • Optimize operational costs while maintaining high service standards Requirements: • Proven experience in managing housekeeping or cleaning service operations • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic reporting • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) • UAE driving license is preferred Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience
