Live-in Housekeeper / Property Coordinator – Dubai (Umm Suqeim / Jumeirah)

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and responsible Filipino national to join our household as a Housekeeper / Property Coordinator. This role is for one single property consisting of two attached villas located in Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, where rooms are rented out for sharing on a long-term basis. The housemates are all single Western expats. You can live in the house (a nice, fully equipped and furnished private room is provided — live-in preferred) and help us look after the property and its tenants in a welcoming and organized way. Live-out can also be considered. ✨ Requirements ✅ Filipino nationality ✅ Own visa (mandatory) ✅ Young, dynamic, proactive personality ✅ Excellent English (spoken & written) ✅ Warm personality with strong people skills; professional and polite with tenants and visitors ✅ Comfortable with Western culture and expectations ✅ Reliable, organized, and highly responsible ✅ Able to follow and uphold house rules ✅ Must personally adhere to the same rules as housemates — keep personal areas clean, respect shared spaces, and contribute to a tidy, respectful household ✅ Comfortable with basic technology (WhatsApp reporting, sending photos, using online delivery apps, small WiFi or device setups) Main Responsibilities Tenant Care Check room conditions before and after move-ins (keys, bedding, furniture, curtains, WiFi, AC, etc.) Collect tenant details (name, phone, ID copy) and share with the landlord Welcome new tenants, explain the house rules, and ensure they feel at home upon move-in Organize and attend room viewings: ➡️ Show rooms in a friendly, professional way ➡️ Filter and recommend only respectful tenants who fit the home environment ➡️ Share feedback and suggestions with the landlord Escalate any tenant issues promptly — no excuses, only clear facts House Care Supervise workers when small repairs or maintenance are needed (AC, plumbing, pest control, etc.) Make sure jobs are done properly and on time Receive deliveries (e.g., Amazon, IKEA, appliances) and keep track of them Help with small tasks (changing bulbs, WiFi access, batteries, kitchen gas, etc.) Cleaning & Upkeep Clean common areas only (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, shared spaces) 2–3 times per week Deep clean bedrooms before move-ins and after move-outs Keep the villa tidy and welcoming (light gardening / plant watering / outdoor care if needed) Cleaning is not daily maid service for tenants — they are responsible for their own rooms. If a room is requested to be cleaned weekly, this will be paid extra. Communication & Reporting Share updates in WhatsApp when needed: ✅ Tasks completed Pending tasks (with timelines) ⚠️ Problems (with photos) Provide photo proof of clean rooms, repairs, and deliveries Always communicate clearly, politely, and professionally ⚠️ Important Note This role is about caring for the villa and its tenants as a property — not being a personal servant or “on-call maid” for the housemates. You are responsible for property common areas, upkeep, coordination, and room readiness. Housemates must maintain their own private rooms. You are not expected to cook, do personal laundry, run errands, or provide individual cleaning services for housemates.
