PhiloPraxis is a weekly gathering that fuses open philosophical dialogue with practical, holistic exercises designed to ground thought in real life. Each session invites you to explore a core theme through thought-proviking spirited debate, personal reflection, and relaxing practices inspired by Philosophy. 
Led by a PhD-holder in Philosophy and Life Coach Dr. Joelle Samaha, this is a space for curious minds, critical thinkers, and soulful seekers where ancient questions meet modern insights.
🔹 Each Session Includes: * Introduction to a philosophical theme (e.g., What is freedom?, Is suffering necessary?)
 * Open-floor debate — respectful, structured, and thought-provoking * Proposed practices to explore the theme in daily life:
