A reputed Ready-Mix Concrete company based in the UAE is urgently looking for a Quality Control Engineer / Lab Technician with valid Dubai Municipality / any UAE Municipality Approval Certificate. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in concrete and raw material testing, with full knowledge of relevant quality standards and laboratory procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing of fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates, cement, and other raw materials. Monitor production and ensure concrete quality meets approved mix design and specifications. Maintain test reports, calibration records, and laboratory documentation. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality / UAE Municipality and international standards (BS, ASTM, ACI). Perform trial mixes and assist in approvals for special concrete applications. Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with batching plants, site engineers, and QA/QC departments. Role Purpose: Perform a wide range of civil engineering tasks and supervise the construction works carried out by contractors and sub-contractors.
