QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join a well-established contracting company in Dubai. If you have a solid background in civil projects and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and reviewing BOQs and cost estimates - Managing project budgets, claims, and variations - Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams - Handling monthly valuations and site measurements - Supporting tender and contract documentation Requirements: - Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering - Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction (UAE experience preferred) - Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off tools - Strong understanding of FIDIC and local contract norms - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
