Key Responsibilities: Conduct Site Inspections: Monitor construction activities and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Quality Control of Materials: Inspect steel, concrete, aggregates, and other materials to confirm conformance with project standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and QA/QC procedures across all project phases. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain NCR logs, and contribute to QA/QC documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Promote Quality Culture: Advocate for continuous improvement and promote quality awareness across teams. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 Years GCC Experience in QA/QC roles within residential and commercial construction projects. Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Construction/Relevant Engineering Discipline. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC standards. Proficient in inspection tools, reporting systems, and non-conformance handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct root-cause analysis. Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations in construction.
